Exchange and Return Policy

Please note that the only returns or exchanges allowed are for orders that include a defective item or if there is an error in your order.
If you receive a defective item or if there is an error in your order, Câlins Dodo is committed to replacing the items at no cost. The request must be made by email or via Facebook within 10 days of the shipping date of your order.

In all cases, items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date, in their original condition and unwashed. We will not process any returns or exchanges after this period.
